Book Sale Sorting Has Begun! Want to Help?

Thanks to a group of dedicated volunteers, sorting started last week for Friends of Mendon Public Library’s upcoming fall book sale. If you’d like to help with sorting beforehand or staffing during the sale, please contact Stephanie Livingston-Heywood.

Sorting and staffing aren’t the only ways to help. Donating books is also very important to the sale’s success! You can bring your donations to the “new” library at 22 N. Main St. during open hours. Or, if the library is closed, please leave your donations in the vestibule of the “old” library at 15 Monroe St.

Finally, you can help by coming to the “old ” library during the sale to buy books! Here’s the full schedule:

4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thurs. Oct. 27: Friends members-only sale (Join at the door!)
9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fri, Oct. 28: Public sale
9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sat. Oct. 29: Public sale
4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Fri. Nov. 4: Public 1/2 price sale
9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sat. Nov. 5: Public bag sale ($2/bag)

Thank you for supporting Mendon Public Library!
